What can I expect during my first hypnotherapy session?

In your initial session, Kecia will discuss your goals and challenges, explain the hypnotherapy process, and conduct a short session. This is a time to build comfort and trust, ensuring a tailored approach to your needs. Included is an EFT tutorial based on your specific goals so you can become empowered to release and rewire any time and anywhere.

Is hypnotherapy safe?

Absolutely, hypnotherapy is a safe, therapeutic technique when conducted by a certified professional. It is a state of heightened focus and relaxation, not control by the therapist, so you remain in control of your experience.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions varies depending on individual goals and progress. Some issues, may need only 1-3 sessions, while more ingrained habits or deeper emotional issues might require more extensive therapy.

Can hypnotherapy help with anxiety?

Yes, hypnotherapy is often used as an effective tool to manage and mitigate symptoms of anxiety. It helps in altering negative thought patterns and introducing positive behavioral changes.

Do you offer any support or resources outside of sessions?

Yes, in the initial session I teach you EFT tapping so you can become empowered to release and rewire any time anywhere. I am also able to provide audio recordings for self-hypnosis, recommended readings, and follow-up emails to help support your journey when necessary (for an additional cost).

What if I don't think I can be hypnotized?

Most people can be hypnotized because hypnosis is simply a guided trance state. Everyone can go into trance. We go into trance at last twice a day, when we go to sleep and when we wake up. But also, when we are zoning out, scrolling on our phones, r-reding the same pages of a book.
